Broken Machine Received
Best aware there is a very poor service for this purchase from Amazon and the manufacturer. I had a broken machined, Amazon rejected return, didn't turn up saying they are investigating, no relief from manufactured, finally I local person was arranged to tie the broken piece and installation.

Issue in remote
I got delivery of the product on 26th July, 2023 but remot of the product is not working properly and even battery inside the remote was placed somehow. However, we are unable to use the product due to issues in the remote. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. Thanks for your prompt response again our issues.
