Juki DU-1181N Industrial Top and Bottom Feed Sewing Machine

Customer service was excellent. I had some questions about the description of the Juki and how I revived it. This machine does not come assembled. You have to put it together. They did offer a phone number and some YouTube videos. Me and my husband put it together and it works great.

The media could not be loaded. We bought a "JUKI DU-1181N Industrial Top and Bottom Feed Sewing Machine" on 5/13/2023. Three boxes were delivered to us, a box containing the table, the sewing machine, and the servo motor. We opened the box containing the table, and the table had cracks and holes, and the plastic edges fell off. We emailed the Juki company to find a solution, such as, if they can replace the broken table, but there was no response at all. So, we want to keep it, but there was no response at all, so we returned it, now we are looking for a better brand, that has better customer service.

I am so delighted with my machine. Spending this amount on an online purchase is scary but I am so happy with my purchase. Thanks so much for offering such a wonderful machine at such a good price!!!!

Contrary to some reviews, it wasn't easy to find instructions of assembling the table. Nothing of the sort came in the package. Unfortunately, Juki doesn't provide it either. I looked around online and it took about 3 days to completely set up the table. If you are not good at assembling something, consider purchasing this sewing machine from a dealer, who can set up the table and deliver it to you, so that the only thing you need to do before sewing is to mount the sewing machine and the motor on top of the table. Dealers charge you few hundreds of dollars more, but it may worth for some people. The sewing machine itself is wonderful.

Came in Three different packages but shipped fast and packaged well. All assembly was required which I just watched YouTube videos. This machine is the absolute best!!! I love it I love it I love it.

This is really a workhorse for a sewing machine! I love it! It does what my home sewing machine won't do! So, Yes! 5-stars! And the guys that actually had to ship this to me were awesome! This shipped exactly on the date it was suppose to! Thanks!
