Little Mermaid[Region Free] [UK Import] [Blu-ray]

I am so lucky to find this edition of The Little Mermaid now that the movie is locked back into the Disney Vault. Perfect in every way, sealed, no damage to the outer case, well packaged. The movie and all of the bonus features played well, no skipping. This is the Diamond Edition and has a lot of extra features. Fantastic purchase of my favorite movie!PLEASE NOTE: This is *not* a DVD. It is a Blu-Ray ONLY. It may not work with older model Blu-Ray players, but it works fine on mine. A lot of movies now have DVD and Blu-Ray, but this one is Blu-Ray only and will not work on a standard DVD player.

We bought the Blu-ray for our kid because it wasn’t available for digital download at the time. Everything was good with delivery, package and product. This movie belongs in every Disney collection along with Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast. The Little Mermaid is great because they had to make Ariel super expressive, especially when her voice is gone. The villain was fantastic. A great Disney villain really “makes the story.” All of Ariel’s friends like Sebastian, Flounder, Scuttle etc were all great. We love this one and our kid in immedaitley fell in love with it too (pun intended).

Guess what, this is just as good as you remember it from the millions of years ago when you were a little girl. The songs are still so catchy and fun, and my kids loved it. And they will continue to love it because I will continue to love it until I die. I watched the trailer for the live action little mermaid movie that came out recently, the one with the circus and the *YAWN* Clicked out, couldn't finish it. NOTHING CAN TOP THIS.

Works great and great USA alternative but caviot is it is a 2013 date production and is an import from the UK. It is region free so it will work fine with all Blu-ray players that are more modern (like 2013 and after). Problems encountered are likely due to machine programming software. If it does not work the blu ray player will likely need a patch update. Btw most quality Blu ray players will also auto upscale the video quality so that the hand drawn animation looks better.

The Little Mermaid {UK Import: Region Free} Blu-Ray has been in my cart with much hesitation. I can either spend $60+ on the version locked up in the Disney Vault or buy this. It’s simply a Choose Your Own Adventure book, I thought? Will it work on my X-Box One? So many questions, despite the items description.I bought it and with much success it works like a charm. The disk works on all Blu Ray players (including your gaming systems) ... There’s no digital copy or DVD included. For me that’s okay!

The movie and special features are all there, I guess I'm just partial to the original without the remastered stuff. Also I think it's a bit odd that the movie case says the little mermaid but on my xbox/playstation it says it's the Diamond Edition. Like maybe the discs were swapped out or something. But still watchable and enjoyable.

Had no problems playing this in a samsung and sony bd player. I was unable to find this thing in best buy or at any disney store, so i am glad my daughter will be able to watch this movie now. Video looks like crap compared to movies like finding dory, but its good enough for my 2 year old to stay entertained. Im not sure if it was any better when i saw this in theaters 20+ years ago

Wanted to get this for my wife since it’s her favorite of the Disney films, but I really didn’t want to pay upwards of $40-50 for it. Problem solved! They even sent me the diamond edition version! For those wondering, the region free version plays perfectly on PS4.
