Great in cooking.
I use this to increase my stearic acid intake to help raise metabolic rate. I use it in ice cream, sauces, choc truffles, bread and pastry baking. Works great as an emulsifier. Will defo order again.

Messy. Won't dissolve easily in drinks
Disappointed in how soluble this powder was. I expected it to dissolve easily, but it didn't.Couldn't get it to dissolve, despite vigorous stirring.
