Not a preworkout, your body needs to saturate similar to creatine, take 4g a day along with creatine. Eventually the tingles go away. Can tell its real simply by the tingling sensation. Works well for endurance but results take consistent daily use.

Great product at great price

I came across this on a forum for people dealing with eugenic pruritus. This has been a game changer. My skin tingles some time after taking it and does not itch after I shower. I understand this amino acid may override the message that triggers the itching response when the skin gets in contact with water (mostly lower body and arms). I no longer have to factor in an hour after my shower to soothe my skin whilst feeling distress itching because... water.

A key part of your preworkout stack. Mixes well but tastes vile, but is expected due to its chemical nature. So mix it with another flavoured drink.

Tingle tingle tingle

Undoubtedly the best value for money at the cost per kg ratio.Works a charm and chuffed to have brought this into my daily nutrition and exercise regime.

Having to send this back after only 2 uses, first one was ok but gave me tingles and made me struggle breathing slightly. Second use has made me go light headed and feel very sick, the fact there is no scoop included doesn't help, as you cannot be sure it is the right dosage.It also has a strange sugar/salt texture to it, which worries me that it may be cut with something less pure.All in all, not what I was expecting and returning for a refund before it makes me throw up or worse!
