The only product that worked for us following a recommendation.
Used due to my son having issues. This was the only product to work for us. Not the best taste but who cares as long as it works. We purchased this following a recommendation from a health professional having tried so many other products on our 11 year old and viola within 12 hrs it worked like a treat. Bottle lasts a long time too.

Shake well before use. Use withing 28 days of opening. Adults and elderly: 15-30ml (one to two tabespoonsful). Children age 3-6 years: 5-10ml (one to two teaspoonsful), Children age 6-15 years: 7.5 to 15ml (one and a half to three teaspoonfuls).
