Is the rubber part solid rubber?

Hi Michael, These wheels are soft like a roller blade wheel. These are very nice wheels for the wheel conversions on Pelican cases. The pelican cases use solid wheels. These replacement wheels are much smoother and not so loud when rolling the case. I hope this information helps you in deciding whether or not to purchase them.

Is there a weight limit? These would be perfect to replace the wheels under my tablesaw which is heavy.

I didn't see any weight limit listed by the seller. In my opinion, the critical part would be the wheel bearing(s) and the support/bracket you use to mount/install these wheel that would be the weakest link. The included bolts are quite sturdy, but your intended use would be beyond the scope of the original design intent.
