Great aftermarket fuel pump for the price...
Bought this fuel pump to replace a very expensive OEM fuel pump for my Honda outboard. Bought in May of 2021 and has been going strong ever since. No issues so far. Would recommend this pump over the highly priced OEM pump. If it last half as long as the original it would still be worth it.

Ne fonctionne pas sur mon moteur hors bord honda BF60... didn't work on my outboard honda BF60...parts is really similar to original but didn't work, I had to order original parts (much more expensive :0)

Works for the BF135
This was a perfect replacement for the broken unit in my dad's BF135 Honda outboard motor, which otherwise would have been over $400 from the dealership. Be advised, if yours is crusted up badly from sitting for an extended period, you may need to replace the insulator cup below it, which contains a filter/screen, and that part is a dealership only item.

Works at a fraction of the cost
Works great so far. Bought to replace bad pump, and this is way cheaper than the OEM pump for over 300 bucks from somewhere else. Even if it only lasts 2 years, still heck of a lot cheaper

Didn't work
It worked for about 39 seconds. It shut off and it's getting power. New gas and filter before the install. I own a marine repair shop so I'd say buy the OEM fuel pump.

Beware, won't work on the PFI Honda 50
This pump fits, and works, sorta. On the Honda 50 programed fuel injection I mounted it to. It would only run for 1 second when you turn the key on, make the rated pressure, than turn off. It would not keep running while cranking the engine. The ECU directly supplies the ground to the pump, and monitors the amp draw of the pump to protect itself. This pump draws more current than the stock pump, so the ECU shuts it down to protect itself.So, if you're Honda motor uses a fuel pump relay like most engines on the planet, it will work fine. But if the ECU is directly supplying the ground, like the 50 hp does, it won't work without wiring in an external relay. My customer opted to spend the big bucks for the OEM part.
