🎈 Make a Splash, Not a Mess!
Tie-Not Filler. Patented design makes filling and tying water balloons fast, easy and fun. Two easy steps and you are ready to make a big SPLASH. Made in the USA from Recycled Materials 1. Start by filling balloon and looping over the top. 2. While holding neck of balloon (make sure neck of balloon is under tool), proceed to spin tool counter-clockwise in a full circle (360°). 3. Slide end of balloon through slot until the end is resting in recessed slot. 4. Quickly pull tool and balloon in opposite directions

Very fast and fun... A cheaper and more practical than other systems
Buy the multipack for about the same price as one if you have the hoses to spare (or just want to share). Plus each unit of the multipack comes with 50 balloons. These fillers are fantastic, the ones I got were branded KAOS, but are visually the same as the photo. The thumb valve makes filling and stopping a cinch and the flip... slip... and pull motion is a very easy and fast way to tie balloons once you get into the rhythm. My 8 year old was filling them up herself very quickly. If you want to skip the hose KAOS also make a portable filling pump which has the same self tying contraption built in. Between that and two hoses we had 500 water balloons ready to go in well under a half hour (be sure to float large groups of balloons in a bucket of water so they don't pop under their own weight). Before this we considered two other no-tie solutions... The Zorbz...which use a floating capsule that seals the opening once filled. The problem with them is that the balloons must be used almost as soon as they are filled since the capsule dissolves in few minutes (especially with our hot Florida water) and you'd just have balloons dying like crazy before you could amass a dozen or two, and forget planning the day ahead. The other option which is really cool are the Bunch of Balloons, which are pre-assembled on an octopus looking hose attachment and self seal with rubber bands. This seems to be the quickest, but the price per balloon is daunting $20+ for about one hundred balloons. For that price you can get well nearly 10x the balloons with this solution and it's completely reusable...

This works GREAT!
Slight learning curve but once you get going it is great. Love that it is a push button valve for filling. WAY easier than a lever.

These are great
Once you figure out the trick, this makes filling and tying water balloons easy and fun. Even my 4 yr old can use it. It is somewhat under-built and will crack if you are not careful. Make sure not to over tighten when putting on the hose and try not to drop it. This delicacy is why I give it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Two out of three worked
Ordered three, one had a hole in the plastic and was unusable. The other two worked fine.

Easy for kids to use!
These tie-knots are a total GAME CHANGER. After a bit of practice showing the kids how they work and some trial and error, kids were off! The durable hose attachment fits their hands and the “on/off” button works great and allows them time to wrap the balloon around the tie wand. The kids are now able to prepare their own “stations” and really enjoy themselves! I no longer have a line of kids waiting while I tie endless water balloons only for them to immediately throw them and getting back in line. These have made this tough 2020 summer a little bit easier to handle and I, and the kids couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Great idea.. poor execution!
All 3 leak! Balloons have been sitting on shelf for a long time as well. 80% ripped while trying to tie them.

Works great! Bought new ones since our puppy chewed our other ones. Last for years.
