Great product
Have had one day. I bought it for my granddaughter and had to try it.I was happy with the quality of this scooter. I looked at the cheaper Razor's at Walmart with the belt drives. This ePrime is leaps and bounds better for just a little bit more $. Well worth the extra. Plus it gives you the internal hub motor for a nice sleek package and the air filled front tire. The electric braking system is slick! Push down on the red brake switch and you can feel the electric motor work in 'reverse' like a Prius pulse charge system. It makes a nice efficient brake, way better than I thought it would be. If you need to break heavy the rear fender system is the emergency brake and also cuts off the motor whether your thumb is still pushing it down the power button or not. I was worried my granddaughter would have trouble slowing, but not at all.She rode the thing around for over an hour, stops and starts, up hills and at the end it was still in the orange charge band. Very impressive battery life. That's even with grandpa and mom taking it for a spin with our much greater weight!I want one for me now. It is plenty powerful enough for an adult and would be great for tooling around our downtown paved paths.

Get the E Prime Air - Not the Reg E Prime
I rode the E Prime, E Prime Air and if you get one of these - just get the air. The air is smoother and less bumpy. The regular one is not fun on roads or any bumps (small ones or large). And I couldn’t find any replacement t tires. Anyway, I love the Air and ride it around campus on bike paths. It’s fun, fast, and sturdy. I haven’t ridden in snow or rain - not sure that I would. But I cruise along with bikers and other modes of transport just fine. And I’m faster. I fold down and carry inside with me—I wouldn’t want to lock outside. So, yeah, loving it.

Battery didn't last!
We bought this for our nine year old for his bday 1 year ago. At first this scooter worked great! Although it sputtered up hill, it was still great to scoot around the neighborhood. After 6 months we noticed the battery indicator light didn't show full bars?? We thought that it might be a faulty indicator light because the battery still charged. Even following manufacture guidlines of charging the battery it didn't last long and as time went on the battery eventually died, not even a year later. We looked into buying another battery but that was about half the price of what we paid for the scooter. Now we are buying our son another scooter. I would recomend buying something else, not a Razor, even if the price is a little more, you'll be saving in the end, trust me!

Great electric scooter!
I really like this scooter! I use it for a short ride to my shop almost every day and when I’m playing with my kids outside. I charge it pretty much every day so battery life has not been an issue, but I can see that being where it comes up short if you’re taking it very far or want to ride for more than 40 minutes straight.

Thumbs up.
Good product. I feel like the battery doesn’t last the full 8 miles but I’m right at the 175 weight limit. Personally I should have gotten one with a little more power and battery life but the product works as advertised. No complaints at all.

Battery an issue
Batter doesn’t last very long, starts dying/slowing down after 1.5mi or so. Ride is smooth and the scooter is lightweight.

Buy a better scooter
This product is for children not a full grown adult unless you weigh the same as a child. The back wheel is made of plastic and the battery dies faster than you can go a mile on this thing. For the same price you can get 100x better scooter.
