For a quick and not-unhealthy salty snack this sometimes hits the spot. I like to keep freeze-dried miso handy at all times, and I try not to use it all up too quickly.

Great taste! A lot more stuff in the soup than the one bag with 5 servings of the same maker.Highly recommended. Cheaper than making them at home with expensive eggplants.
