Good quality stock fish
I have ordered this stock fish twice. The first time it was whole and I cut it myself (not so easy) and this second time it was cut into large pieces, ranging from about 5"-10". It seems some people like to receive it whole to make their dishes. But, I will still need to cut them down to use them in my dishes. It would be nice if there was a way to indicate if a person wanted it whole or cut when ordering. Nevertheless, this is very nice stock fish and I will continue to order it.
