Avon Bond Girl 007 Forever Eau De Perfume Spray 1.7 fl oz

My mom bought this perfume a few years ago and didn't like it, so it just sat in her cupboard. However, recently I tried it for myself, and I loved it! It's a wonderful combination of spice and musk, which is perfect for me, because I don't usually care for perfumes that are overly fruity or sweet. The smell is also subtle once sprayed, so it isn't too overpowering. I knew that I was going to be using this perfume often, so I ordered another bottle (this order) just to be sure that I would have a good amount in case Avon discontinued it.The packaging is very unique and beautiful, which another reason I loved this perfume.I would recommend this to any woman who is looking for a spicy yet subtle scent.

Perfume is not what it seems. It smells like men cologne mixed up with a strange spice smell..and insect repellent smell all together.

An interesting, sweet feminine fruity-floral scent and later it becomes soft and powdery. Smells like a dangerous woman. Beautiful shape bottle.

This has been my favorite scent for about 2 years, so you can understand my upset to learn Avon was discontinuing it. My first move was to contact an Avon representative online to ask for the name of another perfume with similar notes. Unlike the days where the Avon lady came to your door with samples to try - you are pretty much guessing what it is you will get with your online selection. Further disappointment came when the answer to my question was a statement I already new - it's being discontinued but check Avon's clearance merchandise, there may be some on sale there. Duh! I checked the clearance area before I sent them the email and worse, that wasn't the question I asked - I wanted to know which of their newer perfumes (at extremely inflated prices)was closest to the notes of Bond Girl.I've been an Avon fan for 35 years - what has happened to their personal touch - their customer service? Being an ex-Avon lady, I understand, with both parents working, it was hard to catch any at home when you walked your route door-to-door, so the computer-age has brought another level of sales to Avon ladies struggling to sell to empty houses, but it has also taken away that personal, hands-on experience.Anyway, back to my not perfect review of my purchase. After being disappointed by Avon, I went to my favorite online superstore - Amazon. I have long ago learned, Amazon has everything, you just need to take some time to search. Low and behold, I found multiple sellers with Bond Girl fragrance at a fraction of the cost I would have paid through Avon. It shipped in the familiar original packaging, secured snugly in Amazon-acceptable packaging. It arrived quickly (faster actually than ordering from Avon direct). So everything is good, right? I now have 4 bottles of my favorite fragrance, enough to last the next year maybe (though I still don't know what to replace it with once Amazon sellers run out). But there's something different about it - it doesn't smell quite the same. Did Avon make a few changes in the formula? Are these refilled knock-off's (we have bootleg everything else, why not Avon). The scent seems spicier than normal. Maybe it's just my old nose.I'm not real happy with the scent in this bottle #1 - will 2,3,& 4 prove differently? Only time will tell. What I can say is I am 100% satisfied with Amazon itself - thanks for marketing everything under the sun.

I love this. I used to buy it through Avon.. but they discontinued it. It is very over priced though now, so I have switched to something more affordable.

My shipment was on time and it was packaged well and it was a new bottle. Thank-you very much. I have been very pleased with everything I have received from Amazon except one thing and that is when I ordered a package for my Kindle Fire. The charger didn't work right and the car charger didn't work right. I should have sent it back but I didn't so that is my fault.

I thought I would maybe like this one better than the original. I was wrong. This is peppery and bleck.

THE EAU DE PERFUME IS VERY DIFFERENT THEN THE PERFUME. I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH IT .I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT I ORDERED THE PERFUME BUT SHOULD HAVE REALIZED IT WHEN I SAW THE PRICE. STUPID ME THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A GOOD DEAL.
