Was supposed to be raw and untreated - well, wasn't was dyed. the dye was coming off in my hand as I rinsed it to clear before putting it out for recharging it.

It's a great specimen.

Item came pretty quick, however was not what I expected. Item does not look like the picture. Item is also heavily dyed despite it saying it was untreated. The dye was coming off on my hands without any help. It came with an ID card which has a picture that doesn't match the piece I received. This is the first time I have purchased something like this so maybe this is normal but I am not real happy with purchase unfortunately.

Bought product, was very small for price and returned it. They claim never returned and no refund. Never have had this happen and very disappointed.

This is not an emerald and it died my fiancé hands green!!! I’m very upset about this and will be in contact with my lawyer

I dont understand why holding a genuine stone would get green dye all over my hands.

Took a chance. False claim that it’s untreated. The stone is dyed. Im done with Gemhub.
