I just finished reading this book, I'm a rookie Real Estate Agent and trying to figure it out how knocking doors was made. The concept is very simple, what I was looking for was some statistics to see if this strategy was worth of my time and effort. Knowing that I need in average to knock a certain amount of doors make feel better instead of knock on doors for two hours and then quit because I did not get a yes. I value another people's experiences because it's a form of mentorship, you don't need to make your own mistakes if someone did them before you and is teaching you what really works. easy to read book and it goes straight to the point. Good advice and good tips on how to create relationships with those strangers behind those doors you are knocking on

Great book full of easy to understand ideas for door knocking
This book was simple to understand and also take the guess work out of making a door knocking strategy. I would say that any realtor looking to make money with out having to spend a ton should read this book.

No need to fear doorknocking anymore
If you truly want to be prepared for a doorknocking campaign then buy this book! It is fantastic! I’ve knocked on hundreds of doors for different types of home-improvement companies. This book clearly set it’s self part when I begin my search in Amazon. It took a while to work out my anxieties of talking to homeowners that can be unkind and aggressive. So if you have your doubts and are apprehensive, this book does a great job of dissolving any negative feelings about doorknocking. When I combed through all the different books offered on Amazon I knew how to ferret out authentic perspectives among the books that were just full of BS. The author has clearly taken time to gather fresh data by interviewing a variety of realtors.; it’s not just one perspective on the subject. This is a significant point because doorknocking is considered an outdated and passé sales exercise that seems out of touch with today’s culture. This book debunks that notion. So when testimonials are articulated, you know you are getting real life stories about current door knocking. There is a sale psychology beneath doorknocking campaigns that produce specific types of feedback. This author prepares you on how to think and what to say when responding to a litany of homeowner comments.

A Must Read For Every Agent In Real Estate!
Social Media will not replace the belly-to-belly contact approach. Don't fool yourself. If you want to be successful in real estate . . . read and follow the instructions in this book. I have gotten several listings from door knocking including one at $2.5M. This is cheap and it works!

If you're looking to generate more listings - then this book is for you.Linda Schneider covers everything you need to know about Real Estate Prospecting - - the advantages to door knock, what to wear, what to say, personality types for the business, the best times to door knock and quotes from those who have done it.I highly recommend this book. It's a great resource.

Some great pointers, conversions
If your sitting on the fence about door knocking this is a must read. Realistic and to the point. Some great pointers, conversions, business plan, links, well worth the $7.00. I am starting with a new company next week, and wanting to change my direction from a buyers agent to a listing agent and this book has revealed that door knocking (something I have dreaded) can be very prosperous.

Better info for a New Agent.
It is basically logical information. But it gave me the incentive to try it and first time was last Saturday. I enjoyed meeting such nice people, I'm going again this Saturday.

Not the same old buy my course book
This book gives action steps that if taken and made part of your own plan can actually work out. When you just read and don't take action you can't be mad at the author for your inaction
