Alaffia Pure Unrefined Coconut Oil 11 OZ

This stuff is the best. Non-greasy, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial. Smells like toasted coconut, but not very strong. Saw reviews from people who said it smelled rancid and I'm glad that I have never gotten a bad batch. Only thing I would note is that if you're used to creamy lotions/unfamiliar with coconut oil, keep in mind that this will turn to OIL when warmed. In your hands, it will melt. In the summer, it will be full of liquid, not cream, so OPEN GENTLY or you'll spill it all over the place. When kept cool, it solidifies.

Love this product! For skin and hair works wonders. Wish it wasn’t so expensive. Can get it better price others places.

I love this coconut oil, it feels great on my skin & the scent is in my opinion amazing, I’ve always had a skin allergy & I can’t fine lotions or any oil’s that help with my dry skin. I will be ordering again

This stuff is amazing. A friend turned me on to it a few years ago and this I saw my second purchase of the product. I use it as a face moisturizer at night and have used it on my hair on occasion.It absorbs quickly and although it is an oil, it does not feel greasy or sticky.It does turn to liquid in the warmer months and turns solid in the cooler months, but it does not affect the quality.My only caution is that to make sure you wash your face the next morning if you use it the night before. If you do not, your makeup will not “stick” to your face.

Omg this just came 10 minutes ago! I couldn't wait to try it! Is FABULOUS! And smells so sweet and tropical!! Now all I need is a beach and a drink with an umbrella and I'm set!! My skin feels so smooth!! Super extras: not tested on animals, non gmo, no preservatives, pure and unrefined, as well as vegan! And did I mention how fabulous it smells!! Oil has very bad smell. I have tried to use it for 3 days, but today I just could not handle the smell anymore.

Really rich lotion. It's essentially just coconut oil with an additive thrown it, but I like it. It has an interesting scent--not the light coconut scent of the oil alone, but a fruitier, warmer scent that is really pleasant. Just like most coconut oil, it is solid at room temperature. I consider it almost a body balm in richness.

Smells horrible, like old grease. Not the same smell from the one I got at Whole Foods. Not sure it something wrong with it, or if it is a bad batch, but I hate the smell. The only reason I gave two stars is because it does moisturize well. But I will be returning it.
