5 Cuttings Purple Heart Wandering Jew - Tradescantia Pallida Purpurea

Great product! Got to me faster than expected too! I distributed the cuttings in a few cups of water and let them soak in an area that got plenty of light indoors but not super direct light. In a few days I planted each cutting spaced out in a few pots of soil. They are now in a large planter around some large elephant ear plants. They compliment the other plant well and are thriving. I’m in central Texas where it gets very hot and humid in the summer. They do great being watered a few times a week, more if the heat goes over 100 degrees. They go dormant in the winter but come back even after a hard freeze. The pink blooms on them look so nice and offset the deep purple of the plant.

I received 6 Purple Heart cuttings all but one have sprouted roots also I received for free creeping jew plant cuttings, which was a nice bonus.

Mostly dead on arrival. Could only salvage 1 clipping and he’s not doing well

This is a great plant for potting AND ground cover. It’s a perennial and comes back every year… only stronger! Just plant, water often to get it established (daily) and be delighted.The main problem I had with this purchase was price! The cuttings arrived in fair condition but needed reviving so I placed them in water until they sprouted roots. My final bill was $18.+ with the addition of special packaging! The cuttings are doing ok but… not thriving like I would have expected after 3 weeks.I’m glad these cuttings are available to a wider audience however, next year I think I’ll special order this plant through a local nursery… bigger bang for my buck!

The plants came quickly and alive. Put them in water for a couple of days then planted them. Doing great.

The cuttings are healthy and beautiful. I can't wait to see them grow. The seller also sent a hand written note, which was wonderful.
