Makita AT2550A 1-inch Wide Crown Stapler (16 Ga.)

Does stapler works great. I use it to hang expanded wire lath and duraroc to stick on cultured stone and then brick. Works great allot better to me than roofing nails. A little more expensive but a better product. Everyone should be careful there are two different size 1 inch crown staples I've noticed. Home Depot sales DeWalt 1in I believe they are 25 mm, they are slightly smaller and do not fit in this gun and cost more. I order my Staples from Amazon I believe they are 26mm they work great.

The media could not be loaded. I own three of these guns as you can see I use them after the hurricane I didn’t have time to clean guns and I knew I could shoot 10,000 staples building a 15,000 square-foot building top. The only drawback is it doesn’t come with an attachment for your air compressor

We just had a big wind storm and noticed shingles on the front porch, after some time reviewing staplers I chose the Makita 1" Crown Stapler to repair my roof with. It work just as I would expect a stapler should work, never jammed, loading was so easy, my 3 year old grandson could load it! Ran it at 90 psi just as the directions said and she put those 1"x1" crown staples thru the roof tiles and sheeting easy as could be! Repair was completed easily and quickly, great stapler.

First gun i bought in a very long time that did not have single/multi shot feature... Love makita but you pull the trigger every time or holding the trigger and off to the races. No switch to select one or the other.Also,,,, nothing for sink depth, Non of my old staplers adjust for depth but i thought in 2024 it would be a easy feature considering every nail gun has it?

Excellent product, purchased staples as suggested in one of the other reviews. Used during refurb of old rv. Excellent product 👌

Great overall quality and performance. My only gripe is the loading slide lock is a little anemic and sticks some, I wish it was a little more skookum.

Have only used this stapler a minimal amount, but it appears to be very well built and does a very good job. Easy to load and drives staple to the depth you have set. One thing I don't like is, Makita does not offer a carrying case for this, so, no protection from rain and dirt in the bed of a pickup.
