Q: I used it for 3 days and it worked great. Then it stopped working. Any ideas?

The 3 day effect is the same for me also. You have too drink a lot of water for it to keep working. My best source of fiber is shredded wheat cereal and regular cheerios mixed together. It works everyday for a long period of time. I buy the Walmart shredded wheat cereal which is has zero sugar. The cheerios has 1 gram of sugar per serving which is adequate.
