Swanson Veggies4Life 300 Tabs

I don't eat much and enough veggies everyday so Veggies 4 life is a good help.....I am glad that I find out this product......Swanson is a good brand..

I'm So glad I'm able to get a veggie tablet in an affordable price. I'm 49 years old and my entire life I never really ate veggies. The first reason is I just don't like them and the second and more important one is I'm so busy I never have time to make them tasty enough to enjoy. I know this probably is not a replacement for a healthy lifestyle and I'm still trying to incorporate them into my life, but at least with these I feel I have some greens in my system. As I am getting older, this is something I have been worrying about because let's face it you only have one body to go through life with and if you don't have your health you have nothing. The way I found out about these is there is a product on the radio that has had informercials on every Sunday night. It is a fruit and veggie supplement. However, when I went to purchase them, the price almost gave me a heart attack. I'm not sure how the working guy or girl can afford to take their product with such a high purchase price. The Swanson version is extremely affordable and from what little research I did on the internet seems to be a respected company with many good reviews. Thank you for making this product affordable Swanson and Amazon.

So for a while I was juicing everyday and didnt have to worry so much about my fruit or veggie intake. But as my schedule grew busier and more hectic, juicing was put on the back burner. I looked into Swanson and read some positive reviews. After trying Veggies 4 life, I was pleased. As soon as u open the bottle you catch a veggie like aroma which made me think i was breathing in a large salad bar.. but it made me feel better and eventally, a lot better - it was something at least. Nothing like juicing but its certainly better than no veggies.

smell is strong alfalfa smell. Other then that. Its doable.

The label needs to be more explicit as far as vitamin levels of each tablet and how much each dosage meets the recommended daily allowance.

Product definitely meets all I’m looking for.

I love the price. I forget about Swanson and usually buy at Costco but notice Swanson blows away Costco for eye nourishment and immunity with mushrooms anyways I am going to explore Swanson more.

Product lived up to expectations.
