one supplement that I notice a positive difference when I take it
There are very few supplements that I truly notice a difference when I take it. This is definitely one of those. I like to take it in the afternoon because it gives my brain a nice smooth and positive pick-me-up.

NON REFUNDABLE SO I WON'T BUY AGAIN!
I really did not feel any increase in my energy level even after using it for over 2 weeks! I tried to return this item and found out that it's NON RETUNABLE and NON REFUNDABLE. Solgar is my favorite brand but unfortunately this one didn't do anything for me!
