Great looking and super customer service
When the hood was delivered it was dented on the top but I thought that it wouldn't show when installed, so I didn't return it or contact the seller. Two months later when the hood was hung from the ceiling, the dent caused it to hang crooked and I was concerned that after the length of time I waited to contact Trade Station there could be a problem with an exchange. They assured me that there was no problem. Their service was impeccable and I received the new part very quickly. The hood is exactly what I wanted and looks fabulous with the new Jennaire range. Perfect match in stainless color and the lines look like it was designed to go with the range. I am so pleased. Lots of light on the cooktop now and it is a great addition to the new kitchen.

Excellence Service
The hood looked perfect and worked very well for the few months. Then the lights failed and finally the motor stopped working. it was obviously a manufacturing problem. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new hood instantly. I had the new one a week later. Excellent service, excellent hood.

it looks great and everything works
I bought this hood in December and installed it recently. it looks great and everything works, the lights are very bright, and its very quite. One item that wasn't mentioned is that there are controls on both sides of the hood. maybe that is normal for an island hood?I ended up hanging it as high as possible from my 8' ceiling which is 33" above the stove and 27" down from the ceiling. you will not be able to get the chimney on if you hang it higher. I also attached the brackets to the hood first, put the chimney on, and then mounted it to the ceiling bracket. It is working perfectly right now and i hope it will last in the long run

Garbage! After hooking up it did not work! No phone contact or any information included. Filters bent and cheap looking. Do not buy!

Loud Loud Loud !! No way this thing is quiet or low db like it claims.Lights are completely useless -- very dim purple 1.5 watt LED's that cannot be upgraded or swapped out without rewiring the whole unit due to it being 12volt, not 120V. Cooking in a shadow!This unit was extremely hard to install which I can chalk up to being inexperienced, but my electrician and I had major troubles and ended up having to customize it to make it work. Not user friendly install or instructions at all. Regardless, I would be OK with a hard install if it worked well as promised (high cfm/low noise) and didn't have pointless lights. Buy a better unit and avoid the hassle. The amount I paid to install it and now to remove it will counter any money saved buying it here.Pics posted soon.

Don't buy blue ocean
Don't buy Blue Ocean. Amazon has no way of contacting the company in case of problems. All the phone #s have been disconnected. Amazon doesn't even know who manufacturer is.
