Q: Can anyone speak to the durability and waterproof-ness of this fir storage shed if kept outdoors full time? thanks.

This is a very well-made cabinet. I have it sitting under a covered patio. It is outside , but is protected from being in the rain. So I can’t tell you how waterproof it is.

Q: Can the shelves be removed so this can be used to store rakes and shovels, etc.?

The two bottom shelves are removable. The top shelf is fixed as it is a part for rigidity. I had a long handle on a item that I store in it. I cut a round hole with a hole saw and the handle slips up and through the hole which holds it in place.

Q: is there a good place on the bottom to attach casters if you want to make it moveable?

The bottom of the shed is not fixed, meaning it can be removed, you may be able to add small casters to the corners but the wood is soft and may split. All that to say, I would not recommend adding casters without building up the bottom of the shed.

Q: Is the GoPlus outdoor wooden shed waterproof?

The top is made of roofing material, and water runs off of it. The front it open slats for breathability and it is not advertised as waterproof. Anything you want to keep perfectly dry in it should be in a well-sealed container, exp if you have heavy rains where you live I would think, but after some exposure to rain this past winter things inside of ours did stay nice and dry. But we only had a few inches this year here in Palo Alto.
