These underwear are for slimmer body types. Not recommended for body builders with large thighs.

I honestly would say XXL. I'm a size XL and I usually wear large it runs a bit tight like most designer underwear.

Go for small. I'm a 32 waist and the medium fit just right.

Q: Are they original and come with Armani box ?

Yes, they seem to be original and do come in a box. One box had a cut it in. But the underwear were not damaged.
