Don’t buy this.
Not comparable per their advertisement. I have a synology DS412+, which this power supply is supposed to be compatible with. It is not compatible. The DS412+ per the nameplate requires 8.3 A at 12 V. The output of the T power power supply is 4 to 5 A. Clearly not compatible I returned this per Amazon and T-powers Instruction over a week ago to date no credit on my card.

This has been a great replacement for the adapter which came with my DS415.

Quality product for an amazing price. Works as expected for the past month. Product description was much better that any other other AC adapter for the Synology NAS.

Broken
I'm sure this item is great, whenever it's not defective. First one I ordered had a broken power block and the second one was completely made incorrectly in the piece that plus into the monitor. Quality control for this company sucks. Will be returning and not repurchasing

OEM supply finally died after all these years. Picked up this adapter and worked great. Been running for about a month without issue.

Dead Synology DS412+, Synology said to buy a new NAS
Well I had troubles with my NAS powering up but the drive lights never lit up and they wouldn't spin. Worked with Synology for a couple days but they said I needed to buy a new NAS. From a hunch I felt that the drives weren't getting power so I ordered this in hopes it was the solution. Days went by and Synology said my NAS was broken and they couldn't help me. Over lunch I received the power supply. I crossed my fingers, plugged it in and low and behold it worked. Saved me from a lot of worry and I informed Synology their troubleshooting really stunk and my unit was fully functioning after replacing the power supply. BTW the original power supply lasted about 6 years.

Works with my Synology DS411j
This power supply is much smaller that the original. It also has a lower output that the original power adapter (6.5 amp vs. 8.3). The unit seems to work fine although it runs a little warm. I will see how it holds up in extended use. The price was much better that an OEM replacement.
