Does the underneath side have the raised rim around the hole?

No the hole on the other side has no raised rim so you can choose which side to use for comfort

How long is the item once inflated?

Not sure if exact measurements but I’m 5’8 and with my bump in the whole it went to my ankles so my feet could dangle in the water. It’s a really good design!

I’m 32 weeks with a large bump.... will this for me? The whole doesn’t look that big really. Did anyone find this too small for there bump? Thanks

I used mine up until around 16 weeks when the weather was nice outside. My bump touched the floor but there was still room. I’m not sure I would be able to use it at 32 weeks given how big I am now. I wouldn’t say the size of the hole was an issue - more the depth of space. Hope this helps 😊
