Good tool, but you can get it for $279 from Harbor Freight or $243 off Ebay!
The torch itself is great, very good quality. The tanks are small, and if you find yourself using it frequently, you'll wish you'd bought a larger setup. Overall, though, this tool does what it says it'll do and should last you for years.
