Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 240g (8.5oz) (Pack of 3) - American Import

I use this when making a traditional hearty cornbread. Add 2 eggs, 50g sugar, creamed corn tin, sweet corn tin and 150ml sour cream. Whip it up and bake for 45 mins. Delicious!!

Lovely and easy to make

I have it safely arrive and made my first batch of muffins this am. They were delicious.

Saw that it contained lard which i don't eat, but seller doesn't allow returns so had to give it away. Would not buy this or from this seller again.

I love cornbread. I always have. But the jiffy makes it easier and quicker. Very convenient. You do have to adjust the recipe as it can be a little dry. I know it’s imported but I think it’s a great deal over priced considering how cheap they are in America.

I first got this item in Florida as they love cornbread so brought it home with me i was so pleased to find in on Amazon so ordered immediately love it so does my family especially with chilli

If you want real American tasting corn bread then buy this item.
