The price is excellent,the product and durability is beyond expectations had it up all summer right throgh wind rain gales everything ive just shut it down before snow and ice came mid november ,so waterproof i cant fault this product,and no im not paid to say this ,all i can say is get one .

I love the bright colour and the wind up and down mechanism.The assembly instructions are vague. But a sensiblish person should be able to work it out.It’s sturdy and well constructed.When assembling it’s tall and top heavy. It almost ended up over the hedge when I attempted this on my own. I had to entice a friend round with a promise of a bbq. It’s definitely a two person lift . if you live on your own like me in a location it could do with coming in out a lot ( it gets rather breezy here) it might be challenging. It does however cover a good area. I live surrounded by my neighbours huge sycamore trees. I’ve bought this to keep bits of sycamore and bird poop from my patio area. I might be able to dry my washing underneath it without fear of splattering. So I’ve decided to keep it .I’ve got some outdoor painting projects to do so I might be able to do these now without bits of sycamore stuck to them.I did have and base I was going to use. But after realising the weight of this( it’s well constructed and the metal is heavy duty) I realised that wouldn’t be up to the task. So I’ve made an additional purchase of a compatible base. Which once filled with water is very sturdy. I do think I should now buy a separate cover as the reality of me getting this in and out of the shed in an emergency windy day is slim to impossible.It stands very tall so would have to be dismantled to fit, So to conclude if you see a deal which includes the parasol, a base and a cover, I suggest you do that instead of purchasing seperate items.Or buy something lighter.I was using up an Amazon voucher, and was looking for a lime green one so I’m happy enough. This colour was cheaper than the others too.But if you see a lime green parasol flying past in the vacinity of ilkley moor, I apologise in advance. I failed

Does the job as expected. Better than expected.

It arrived and we assembled it following the next to no instruction leaflet.When erected we found that one of the parallel spars was slightly out of shape, we bought another intending on sending the first one back when it arrived we found that it also had similar slight damage.We gave up and kept it, let's see how long it lasts 🤔

Very well packaged and excellent quality product highly recommended and delivered on time.

This was easy to put together, just needed a hand with lifting the parasol onto the stand.Have mine in a heavy iron base and it's doing the job so far. Amazing size and goes up and down easily.We've tied a rope around the parasol when it's down as the wind can still topple it even when closed and heavily weighted. The weather's been particularly bad lately but since doing this it' s not toppled once.Shame we've not really had the weather (Scotland) to use it much yet...well we could use it as a very large umbrella!

Love this umbrella! Tried a banana style but was in the way and not large enough - this however, shades the whole deck area which is 4 x 3 metres - it's sturdy and easy to use. However you do need the stand and sufficient weights - we got the 20 kilo weights and 2 seem to be enough.... It's also bright and cheerful - we got the lime colour
