I had another keyless entry lock that my dog couldn’t open. This one is definitely dog proof. Definitely makes me feel safe now!! Love it. The Honeywell name is also a plus!Update: Had to replace just months later. Keypad started to fail and I locked myself out. Most used numbers crashed.

**update 2**The company put me to another company who sent me a new knob. Well now that one is broken just the same! It’s on a front door used daily with a glass screen door on a covered porch. It’s not exposed to water or other weather related conditions. I’m not sure why it keep messing up and not allowing us to lock the door. The key pad button 1 didn’t always work either. Don’t buy unless you like replacing your door knob every few month!**Update**The lock stopped working after about 4 months. It’s stuck and will not allow us to lock it with the keypad or with the handle. I have contacted the company but we are outside our return window with amazon.Easy to assembly. I done it alone while my husband was at work. It’s nice to be able to set multiple passcodes for everyone so the kids can pick their own and easier for them to remember.

***Updating review to 5 stars! We discovered that all the problems with this lock were due to a wire that got pinched during istallation! Product works perfectly since the situation has been remedied. ***This product looks nice...and was great while it worked. It's been installed for 3 weeks and has already started malfunctioning. It's been beeping when the door gets opened and closed it. It has been locked and several times it hasn't unlocked with the correct codes. Definitely not work the price of over $80. Most likely will be sending this back.

GREAT, Except it doesn't work with my phone😢 I have tried many locks. Even the ones thatare supposed to work with your phone and connect to Alexa, don't. This is an awesome lock.The light is bright and easy to see. It works great and is easy to put together. I just wish itworked with my phone and Alexa.

Great product would buy again

Had a little problem with the install on first one. Turned out unit was broken. Had Amazon replace (which went very easy) and was able to install second one with a little effort. Once installed have been very pleased with lock. Easy to program, easy to use, and is suiting our needs very well!

I purchased a keyless door lock 2 years ago. 6 months ago, the number 8 on the keypad stopped working so we could not use the code number we wanted to use. Last week it froze in the locked position, even the key would not unlock it. I had to take it apart so I could re-install the old handle/lock.I purchased this because I thought Honeywell was a good, name brand product. I now need to order a new keyless door lock and I will not be buying another Honeywell product. We are very disappointed with this lock.

Terrible product. Do not recommend. We initially purchased it his keyless lock at Lowe’s and had it installed along with our new doors. After only a few months, the inside doorknob became loose and would come completely off the base every time the door was opened from the inside. In February of 2024 we purchased a replacement here on Amazon. It’s now been just over a year later, and half the numbers on the keypad are not working. We have tried all the troubleshooting steps from replacing batteries, factory reset, etc with no success. We have been using the key to unlock the door and the key is so flimsy that my husbands bent after using it 2x. This was not a super cheap purchase and I always believed Honeywell to be a quality product but after this experience, I wouldn’t purchase again or recommend this product/brand to anyone. It has been nothing but a headache.
