Futon/bunk bed
The futon/bunk bed is very sturdy and stylish. When we found a tiny piece missing the company were very helpful and contacted me within 20 minutes of me reporting it. The piece was sent straight out for the next day. Fantastic.

Tricky but child loves it
The child is very fond of the item. While assembling it, we encountered a few challenging sections and needed to re-drill a hole due to an initial oversight. Overall, it has been well received and is quite comfortable. Please note that it may require some tightening after a few days of use.

Bed frame good... matress poor
Brought for my son for his room so he could also sit and watch tv/play computer games in his room in comfort with his friends. The bed frame was a bit difficult to put together (but that's to be expected) but once built is very sturdy. The sofabed matress is not the best quality. It keeps slipping off the frame, which has resulted in it getting ripped and the foam inside torn. My son loves his new bed and sofa regardless of this.

The holes don't like up the ladders don't fit on I can't do the bottom bit of the bed at all waste of money

Good and sturdyRecommended to familyInstructions not the easiest to followThe screws are all in one bag but not labelled/separated and the futon catches on the ladder.Side this, 2 young boys and a girl and it’s still standing.Worth the money.

Perfect
Put this together on my own, so can be done with one! The instructions were ok, could of been a bit clearer though.Sturdy and easy to use the futon! The futon mattress is thicker than expected which is good, I did have a broken part but contacted the seller and it was resolved quickly so no complaints..All in all very happy with the beds and my son loved it

Great bed !
This is bunk bed size so hot too high for changing bed sheets. The futon mattress is great as a sofa but not sure how comfy it will be as a bed. It looks great and my 8 year old loves it ! Delivery was quick and hassle free and it wasn’t difficult to assemble.

AVOID!
Terrible product.When the futon is down as a sofa, it leans forward as the supporting base leg is too short. When you lay it down as a bed, the stairs come up off the floor (there is a support bar which connects the stairs to the bed, you cannot connect this up else you cannot lay the bed down).The far edges of the bed have no support struts, so when the futon is laid out as a bed, the entire weight is hinged in the centre, which in-turn means the 'bed' slops away at the edges. As a result, the bed broke under the weight of a 10 year old girl.The actual futon itself is awful, the colour looks like its been sat in the sun for about a year and is well and truly faded. And then theres the futon comfort levels.....it simply doesnt have any. Not even my dog will sleep on it just to put things into context.Emailed the sellers to ask about the issues, nil response from them. Please save your money and buy another product.
