Not enough variety of vegetables. Taste is not that good. Texture very fluid instead of thick. Easy to prepare. Overall quality is poor.

I don't use this as soup directly. I make my own homemade Minestrone soup. I use this pack as part of the seasoning. And the effect is truly delicious. Homemade Minestrone is very healthy and I love it. This pack makes it taste even better. I am also pleased with the seller; it arrived well ahead of schedule and was packaged well.

Always delicious! I love this base for minestrone soup. Please know that I add: a can or boxed beef stock instead of water/ browned ground turkey meat & onions/ a bag of frozen veggies. When all is combined in crock pot, I use a small can of tomato paste. So delicious & easy to freeze.

Very tasty. And a quick lunch. Delicious with garlic bread.
