SmarterLife Products offers 3 sizes of its SmartSport Premium Exercise Ball as measured by its diameter -- 55 cm (21 1/2 inches), 65 cm (25 1/2 inches), and 75 cm (29 1/2 inches). Of course, the diameter can be easily measured from the floor to the top of the ball as measured from the middle point of the ball. To order the Right Size: If your height is 4'7" to 5'5", order the 55 cm ball; If 5'6" to 6'0", order the 65 cm ball, and if 6'1" to 6'8", order the 75 cm ball. Now, if you plan to use this ball as a desk chair, you would be well advised to order the next size larger from the above instructions if you are "sized" to the 55 cm or 65 cm balls for workouts. For example, I use a 65 cm ball for workouts, but the 75 cm ball for my desk chair (I use two balls ). The exception to this: If you size for the 75 cm ball for workouts, most people of this height find the 75 cm ball appropriate for both workouts and desk use... because most desks cannot accommodate a ball larger than 75 cm comfortably.
