Walthers Cornerstone Ranch Tract House

Fairly straightforward to put together. This was one of my first models that I assembled and I had great luck with this one. Nice detail and quality made parts. Good to base to apply paint and detail

Just finished this little HO house. I found it to be an enjoyable project. No problems encountered during the process. It does take some time to build, however, if you take your time you will get a nice looking house. Walthers models are the best.

LOOKS VERY LIFE LIKE.

This is a really nice house that went together simply for a beginner builder as myself but, my reviews can use a little help.

Had little to no detail looks nothing like the picture there is no brick on the walls like in the picture the roof isn’t even the same as in the picture and it’s small enough to fit in your hand

In my opinion, this was fairly difficult to assemble. Several of the small pieces broke as I was trying to remove them from the grid they came attached to. All the windows and doors needed clear plastic then paper pictures of curtains or blinds, all of which had to be individually cut out from a sheet and mounted on each window or door. The bottom line is it took over two hours and the base arrived warped so it doesn't quite sit flat on my train table. It looks decent but I have trouble recommending it very enthusiastically.

Easy to assemble and a nice addition to my subdivision. I mounted the house on a 1/4" piece of foam core because the house looked small when compaired to other models with crawl spaces or on platforms.

Great model i just wish i was more skilled at putting models together.
