SEKI EDGE G-3022- Adonis Grooming Kit (7 pcs.)

A little pricey but it is worth the cost. Made well and very specialized. Does everything I need it to do.

I am very satisfied with this product. The material is not a cheap metal. The tweezers function well. The nose scissors satisfyingly protect the nostrils and cut the nose hair. The clippers are solid and clip nails without any difficulty. The earwax removal tool is good.

The usual exceptional quality you can expect from Seki/Green Bell, in a compact little travel companion case.The quality of the tools is great, and the clippers have the plastic shrouds that help keep nail clippings from jettisoning all over the place.The selection is pretty solid, so you'll cover some of the critical grooming basics on the road (or at home). The tweezers are angled, so if you usually use straight tweezers, just adjust your technique accordingly. There is an elegant little pick for your earwax (strange that a nicely made/designed tool performs such a gross task), if you are not a fan of cotton swabs, or whatever other method you may use for your ear care.In closing, if you are on the road a lot, and want a compact set of some of the basic essentials, this is a great option. Want a diminutive set for those grooming tasks at home, or perhaps at work? Again, a great option!

I have run into a couple of instances where I needed a finger nail clipper or nail file and did not have one handy. That's when I realized that I didn't have a proper grooming kit.I did some rudimentary research and found that Seki (made in Japan) was a highly regarded brand for grooming tools. I was wary about paying this much for this kit but when I priced out the cost for Seki brand finger and toe nail clippers and a pair of tweezers, the cost was almost approaching $30--and thats just for three tools.I am really impressed with the quality of everything. Even the plastic zip-up case (which uses YKK zippers!) has a soft-touch high quality plastic feel. The tools themselves look very high quality. I haven't had a chance to use them but I examined the tweezers and clippers and was impressed with the precision. I think this kit is worth the $40 I paid for it.

The pieces are heavy and well made. Scissors and nail clippers are quite sharp and cut cleanly. While made of plastic, the case is sturdy and keeps all the items together. For the cost I would have expected a leather case.

This is a great set. It has all the pieces I needed and they appear to be very good quality. The nail trapper that fits over the small fingernail clippers also fits over the cuticle cutter. The tweezers are handy and work as well as any I've owned. I just like the set. Essentials and nothing more.As for the "It didn't say Seki", I agree it doesn't, but the kit looks just like the set on the sekiedge website. And per the website, the stick thingy that helps get the clipping catcher off the nail clippers is a metal ear pick. Who knew?

Love the convenience and elegance of this little set. Perfect for tossing in a bag and taking it on the go. Great gift item too!

There's clearly a reason this is so much cheaper than the other sets, the clippers are not even close to as sharp as the seki edge ones. It is made by the same company (green bell) but it appears to be a cheaper product line. There's also no seki or edge branding on the box or tools so I'm not sure why the description has it. The tools are also not stamped with the manufacturer or Japan like the seki edge line.
