Delicious!
This radish strip is great! We used to rent from the nicest Korean folks whenwe were first married, and they showed me how to make a half dozen Korean dishes and this brought back very fond memories. I'm glad I can get these Korean foods on Amazon. Thanks so much!

I love sun dried radish and I was thrilled to find out Eden makes them! I’m so glad I gave it a try! Not only they are good for the nimono, I also found a new way to use it in a salad and my kids love it so much! I’m happy with the purchase and will definitely get more! What is sushi without shredded Daikon?
Puy a double pinch of this in some warm water, let it sit while you gather the rest of your ingredients, then drain it, blot it, and make your sushi rolls. Once you take your first bite, you'll know you've found yourself one step closer to "Food Heaven." Great addition to your pantry. Bon appetit!
