Great customer service and feeder insects!
For reference, I ordered these in the middle of the coldest week of January, which I was definitely concerned about at first, especially after seeing some other reviews from winter showing the bugs arriving dead. My first order (even though I brought them in right away upon delivery) seemed to all be DOA so I reached out to the seller and they offered to send me a replacement… HOWEVER upon letting the first bunch sit out at room temp for about 30-45 minutes, THEY WERE ACTUALLY ALIVE!!!! So I not only got my first order in perfect live condition, but also shortly after received the replacement order which the company still sent even though I let them know I’d been mistaken! All in all; amazing customer service, nice quantity of worms, they’re super lively for pets that prefer a lot of movement from their meals, plus everything I’ve read about BSFL says that they are digestible and healthy sources of calcium, phosphorous, and protein. I bought them specifically for my regal jumping spider but have found that they are enjoyed by my hamster and leopard gecko as well! Super versatile and easy to feed, good size for all pets mentioned and GREAT value for the price!!! Not too smelly either so that’s a plus.

Can’t complain🪱🐛
Even after a week getting to me they are still alive and definitely Large Larvae! Very excited to start my colony in my small indoor setup.

My Beardie LOVES these things!
My Beardie is a juvenile and was slightly underweight when I purchased him. He absolutely LOVESSSS these larvae. One container lasted us about 1.5 weeks when interspersed with crickets and nutritious leafy greens. His poops have been super healthy looking, and he hasn’t had any vomiting or diarrhea.I added red bell pepper to the container containing the larvae to beef them up a bit more, but that also made the smell worse (due to their defecation??).🤢 I wash the larvae in water before feeding them to my Beardie to prevent any of the loose debris from causing impaction. It would be nice if the seller could package these larvae in different substrate only because it was a pain to have to wash them before every feeding:) but the quality of the larvae themselves was great. No flies on arrival thank god. Excellent value for the money. My local pet stores doesn’t have this type of larvae. You’ll need tongs! Unless you’re okay with handling larvae! 🐛 (which I’m still getting used to lol 🤢)

The larvae are alive, very active, and abundant!
I was always kind of grossed out by the idea of BSFL. However, I just got a baby bearded dragon and they need a good variety of proteins, and really, everything they eat is as babies is gross, so I bought them. I didn’t think they would be as lively as they are! They are super active! I keep them in a wine fridge and they are moving around as soon as they come out! And the price is fantastic! You do need to plan ahead because they don’t come fast, but that surely keeps the price down. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that my dragon doesn’t like them, and I find that odd. He will eat them, begrudgingly, after he’s eaten everything else and gives me stink eye for a while to see if I’ll get him something else first. But he will eventually eat them and he is growing faster than we expected, so maybe the dragon is just like a toddler with vegetables. I dropped a couple in my African Clawed Frog’s tank and she loved them! I will continue to buy them and hope my dragon develops a taste for them. This is by far the best deal I’ve found without having to buy massive quantities.

Too cold
I ordered these before and they were great. This time I guess it was too cold in Maine and they all died by the second day. Would buy again but not in the winter.
