On my second of this microphone.
I bought this mic because I sing in church on the Praise and worship team and play acoustic guitar as well. I love the retro-style of this condenser mic. I've always loved that retro style. This mic picks up up sound way better than a regular mic. very crisp clear sound. If you get one of these, I'd recommend you also pick up a pop filter as well. This is my second of this particular mic because I was a bit careless with the first one and accidentally dropped it. For $70, it's a great mic.

A very solid condenser mic with good, clean high end tone
This mic served us very well to provide sound reinforcement for a small group or choir. I also tested it as the lead vocalist's mic in an Americana trio of guitar, bass & drums. Altho I advised the vocalist that it would be real hot and to not sing right on it, he would occasionally "eat" the mic and over-drove it. The mic also picked up some bleed over from the bassist's amp on stage. Other than that, it worked like a charm and was an excellent value, and it provides a lot of clean, high-end equalization for good comprehension of lyrics and speaking. Be advised that you'll need to get a mic cable for it, and your board will need to have phantom power. I also really like the visual appeal of this mic.

Functional and well
This microphone functions well, but it does require some expensive hardware and supplies to connect it to a computer or other device. I do recommend it, its a very interesting looking mic.

It's got the look
It's a replica vintage microphone. It's about the look not necessarily a highly scrutinized pro audio choice for performance.

Fantastic look and a good buy!
Really nice looking mic! Good condenser mic and very much felt good about what I'm getting! But, it works best at a short distance and vocal/voice at the lower position of mic. Direct or on top vocal/ voice position may cause some distortion. But over all a really sweet buy!

Buena pinta, desastroso desempeño
Buena apariencia pero un desastroso desempeño, se satura con facilidad, el rango dinámico es muy pobre, en definitiva solo sirve para adorno.

Great for video appeal…
IMPORTANT- The mic stand bracket was not machined out, so I had to retrofit it using an old coupler.•The quality of audio is what you’d expect from a cheaper condenser mic.•The video appeal is great if you just use it as a prop.
