A great tool for wood working

Trimmed off osb edge in less than 5 min
The roofers added skylights in a loft, but the new osb layment needed to be trimmed slightly before I added the drywall. This Dremel bit let me shave off 1/4” x 24” from the edge of the osb board so the drywall fit straight into the skylight groove.Since the skylight was installed directly against the osb edge, and other tools I considered would likely have damaged the skylight. The Dremel approached offered me the best control and speed. Quick work and no damage.

Very nice product.
Useless on multiple projects. Still holding up very well.

Used it to carve for the first time, bought two more
I hardly review anything on amazon but after carving up some walnut this is the perfect blend of carving, material removal, and smoothing out while still being able to add detail with the pointed end. I ran my dremmel at about 30 speed nonstop and it was a champion.

great burrs, service not so much
These are my go to burrs and I have perhaps 20 or more for wood carving projects. When one snapped on second use I notified Kutzall and sent photos. What I got was a third party runaround and accusation that I do not know how to use burrs. In the end the company said they would look into this. Never heard back. I suppose they know its not worth the bother for most people.

Aggressive, fine cut, durability, and no clogs
I bought this to grind 30 degree coping cuts on MDF base molding. I'm impressed that this grinding blade cuts aggressively but produces a fine finish and doesn't clog and doesn't dull. I'd buy this again, but it'll be a LONG time away because I don't see this thing wearing out anytime soon. I've used rotary rasps (they all clog) and rotary sanding drums (which clog and wear out quickly). This is a far better solution.

If carving wood, buy it!
I got this for carving out stenciled letters in wood. Used on cedar already, oak next. Clears itself easily, chews right through the wood with very little pressure required using a Dremel rotary tool. Be mindful of any knots in the wood because the change in density will suddenly pull it away, making it squirrelly.
