This is a great product. fairly easy to strat up and I have been getting good results after only one week.

Helped with my wrist instability/discomfort. Great product.

There might be a trick to it, but I couldn’t get the power ball to rotate fast enough.

I spend a large amount of time on computers due to work/leisure, so I frequently suffer from pain and achiness in my hands and wrists; sometimes carpal tunnel, sometimes not. This ball did not help to strengthen my wrist when used daily.. Instead, it just made my wrist more sore and irritated. The unit requires you to wind it up each time you use it, and it's very easy to get clothing and skin pinched in the rapidly rotating inner mechanism. I wish I had not purchased this as it was a waste of my money.

This was not a very good purchase. I thought the Powerball was a continuous rotating ball to where it exercise, your wrist, your forms and everything. I didn’t know you had to move it. It’s very expensive for such a cheaply built product.

This product exerts very little force and pressure!I find it useless!Sending it back to Amazon

Too much of a learning curve for someone with restrictions in the fingers, hand and wrist due arthritis.
