Q: Does this watch receive a time signal in Asia and Europe

I had one in Afghanistan that did not. However I just set it for Kabul time ( one of the features) and it stayed accurate for a 8 month deployment. Not sure about Europe.

Hi,The Casio G-Shock GW-7900B should have on its steel back plate, "GW-7900B" and a box with 3200 (module number).Maybe yours has "GW-7900" and 3193 instead ?Regards,

Yes it has auto EL, it can be set to manual or auto.

Q: does it has in built battery even though is solar

Yes it has a battery and yes you have to 'and can easily' replace it. It's about 13 bucks here on Amazon. Bought one yesterday. The one in it lasted for about 6 years.
