Q: Does this come with a tool to change the length of tha bracelet or is it just one size

It does not come with a tool. It is *not* one size as the other respondent states. You can also remove links. You need a tool. The cheapest you can get is less than £4 on Amazon. I bought a Bergeon tool because they're a reputable brand and I don't want to scratch up the bracelet even though it's more expensive. You can find videos on YouTube that show you how to remove links.

Mine came with English/Spanish date wheel

I don't think so. I had problems with it and had to return, luckily got the money back.
