niece loved it though the story was American
the set up and the style of narration are very American and it is clearly referring to a US hospital with different departments. however my niece (in India) loved it for the beautiful illustrations and the simple story line teaching you about doctors. maybe the story could have talked more about what doctors do but likely there was no room to illustrate more

The content of the book is not relevant
The book is about explaining different types of doctors and nothing else. The text is not poetic and hence kids are loosing interest in it. We were expecting like it should help kids to be familiar with the doctor's process like checking and injection.
