Where are these manufactured?

Made in China. We have big, very hairy dogs and my wife really likes them. Only cut hair with them and nothing else.

Any professional groomers here, would you consider these heavy?

I’ve groomed over 11 years, these aren’t heavy. If you have a small hand, preference & feel would decide.

Will these scissors work for a long hair Maine Coon kittie?

These are perfect for trimming long hair, however I urge caution for any matting as it is very easy to cut skin on cats. Clippers are generally safer, depending on your needs, when it comes to cats, but these and most scissors are fine for trimming stray tufts on cats.
