Whats the MINIMUM amount of equipment i need to do this program?? Already planning to not use a pull up bar

Different colored bands (for different weight). If you are not going to use a pull up bar up bar you will need a lat pull machine. The program emphasizes back. I do not have a pull up bar but I do have lots of other equipment including a multi lift piece. You will also need dumbbells and a mat of some sort for the floor.

Do invest in a professional level set of bands so you can use various combinations to decrease/increase weight resistance as you progress/regress (we all experience off-days, even an off-week due to short-term viruses, etc.) through the several months. I strongly recommend serious diet control:no sugar, dairy, minimum salt, good amounts of magnesium, potassium, creatinine, and electrolytes. Without diet control you will get stronger but will not improve much on bodily appearance, especially in the core area. Diet control took me from 223 (obese) to 167 (very healthy, doctor impressed) in eight months.

Im 20 and 100 pounds overweight,i try to exercise as much as i can (2x a week) would this be a good program for losing weight and gaining more muscle?

hi i was wondering if any pull up bar would work for this program ?

I think so. I bought one that was recommended with the program. You just need one that allows for shoulder width and wide pull ups, which is pretty much anyone i believe. The most important one is just going through the motions of the pull up rather than your hand position or other minute details.

ハードですね

色々なエクササイズDVDをやりましたが、P90Xかなりキツイ。でもとても楽しいです。先日のアメリカ旅行でもTVでP90XのCMがなかり流れていました。懸垂などする道具が無い方はゴムチューブなどで対応出来ると思います。今日で３日目ですが、胸筋の筋肉痛が半端ないです。さぁ、残り86日がんばりますよ。
