Excellent quality handles and accessories make this set a good choice. The bands are holding up well for me so far after about a month of daily use. Good value too. good all around set, works for multiple levels and hold up..

These resistance bands are perfect for traveling. They are great quality, and we used the bands almost daily for a year, and they stayed in perfect condition. There are different posted resistance levels on each band, and you can put the bands together for a higher resistance. Bands can withstand a lot of pressure. They come with a bag that you can store all the bands/wall anchor/handles in easily.

These are great bands for home use, good price, the weight and durability are consistent with my physical therapy site. The stretch will eventually be worn overtime, but you still get your resistance.

These bands work fantastic!! I am new to this and this was the perfect starter set! Quality is great, have been using them more than 6 months now, hooked on the door mostly. Just what I meeded and doesn’t take up alot of room!

I use exercise cords (bands) at home all the time for general body/maintenance work. Cords are excellent for strength-training. They are extremely versatile, and a valuable addition to my home gym. I also tore a tendon in my elbow a few years ago and working out with dumbbells can be too painful at times - enter the workout bands. I installed some brackets on my garage wall and the resistance cords/bands are GREAT to incorporate into a workout routine. Pros of this specific brand: 40-80 “lb” tension. The nylon loops are thick and feel solid. The cords feel solid. No defects/marks anywhere. Cons of this specific brand: The carabiners (end attachments) that attach to the nylon loops are very small and practically unusable. The nylon loops will soon become compromised because the carabiners are far too small thus the nylon is scrunched up to fit the clips. When we view the advertised picture of the item, the ends of the cord look nice and pretty, but it’s not the case at all. I had to spend another $15 on carabiners to fit the nylon ends. Ridiculous. I consider myself an expert in this area of fitness. Athletics/sports have been a huge part of my life and so working out has been a huge part of my life as well.
