High quality and sturdy. I used to use these in restaurants all the time. For my purposes it's a good size, enough for bulk but will fit in the fridge easy enough. My lid is clear, not red like advertised but that's fine by me. Actually I think its better. I would repurchase in the future. This kind of plastic can crack if dropped but for the most part takes a great deal of abuse and should last a long time for the home cook

I purchased this, after several returns, to place vintage Rubbermaid canisters that had developed cracks. I like the transparent container and the size. The container holds a 5lb. bag of flour with no difficulty. The lid fits tightly and prevents insect larva from taking up residence in my cannister.

I have used this product for more than just keeping dough. Great product. No smell. Washes easily. A little warping on the lid after I’ve had it for months of heavy use, but it still snaps on to the canister. Its great for when I make something that needs to refrigerate (stick, soups).

I have purchased 3 of these containers. They’re wonderful for holding different kinds of flours and they are just the right size to sit on the counter.

Great for sourdough dough. It has measurements on the sides so you can tell how much your dough has risen.

This container came with a California Proposition 65 warning that it contains BPA which is known to cause cancer, reproductive harm, and birth defects. It is made out of polycarbonate. I am returning it and buying the same type of container made from polypropylene (Cambro 6SFSPP190 container with the Cam Square Winter Rose polyethylene lid). There is NO BPA in Cambro polypropylene or polyethylene according to my research after I received the polycarbonate container. I hope there are not other toxic chemicals in the other containers!! FYI - Cambro has a 2 page PDF on Bisphenol A that you can access on their website. It states that BPA in their product does not exceed the "Tolerable Daily Intake" of BPA, but who would want to have any intake of the chemical BPA??
