Absolutely amazing.
I'm a traditional yogurt maker with a long experience. This is amazing, the amount of thickness and the taste is incredible.

Excellent result
This was my first making yogurt. I picked this product based on reviews although there are many like it that also gets excellent reviews. I was a bit confused by the directions because they state to bring the milk up to 180F and let boil for 15-30 minutes. The use of the word boil threw me because milk boils at 212 at sea level so I wasn’t sure about the temperature. I found a review that said just do what it says on the package so I did and the yogurt turned out fine.

Works great
It worked great! I low heat boiled for 40 min and the consistency turned out similar to stonyfielf organic yogurt. Flavor is great!

It works!
It comes in a small bag with tiny packets containing the starter. I used my yogurt machine's instructions to prepare the yogurt and cooled down the milk to follow the packets instructions. It was my first time making yogurt and it was easy to follow the instructions on the packet. I've already used it three times and it always comes out perfect!

How Much L. Reuteri is in it?
I too assumed that since it was labeled L. Reuteri yogurt starter that’s what it was. So I was disappointed that it had a blend. It does not disclose if the quantity of the blend. I made it anyway and it turned out well with good yogurt flavor. The reason for my 4 star rating is the miss leading front label. It says 23 billion CFU per gram, is that count on the L. Reuteri or the blend of bacteria cultures?Otherwise the instructions were clear and it was easy to make. The cultures are all good for you.

GREAT for making L. Reuteri Yogurt :-)
I used the starter to make Dr. Davis L. Reuteri Yogurt and it came out GREAT.... Very creamy with almost no separation on the first batch.... Currently making my 2nd batch.... Unfortunately the starter that Dr. Davis sales is a bit too expensive for me, so I had to look for a more economical option.... Very happy with my purchase :-)

Did not work for me
Wasted milk and time as it is still just milk after 14 hours of incubation. Cannot return. Better to just buy yogurt with live cultures as a starter as they have consistently worked over the years. Bummer.
