Most probiotic supplements pass on thru the body and don’t establish. You need keystone spore based probiotics for that. Try soil based probiotics such as MegaSpore

No you do not need a coffee maker. You do need a good quality fine mesh strainer to remove coffee from water when its ready. A stainless steel pot would work fine to prep.

Q: Do you have to use/buy a new nozzle for every use?

The instructions say to clean the enema nozzle: "dip a Q-tip in vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, or soap and rinse clean." You don't have to use/buy a new nozzle for every use.

Yes and no. Everything you need and more comes in the kit. Extra nozzles, instruction book and a small bag of coffee.
