These attributes make these tinctures a pleasure to use because the glycerin imparts a lightly sweet flavor and the lack of alcohol lets the flavor of the herb shine and I can honestly say I haven't tried any of their tinctures that didn't have a pleasant flavor. To minimize the flavor, I recommend dosing sublingually (under the tongue). You will still taste the supplement, but much less than if it hit the tops of your tongue where the majority of your tastebuds are. If for some reason you hate the taste, you can always mix it with water or another beverage and it will likely all but disappear. This is a large bottle of liquid supplement. The flavor is pretty good and you can take this direct or dilute in water. I found it to be more beneficial to take it directly under the tongue. It’s easy to use, given the dropper works as it should. I love this company and this brand. I do think they have a great quality product and it’s in a dark amber bottle so the liquid should last longer. I do find stinging nettle to have many health benefits for myself, so for that it’s a plus for me. The bottle is a good size, you get a lot for the price and I’m happy with it!

I really like Wild & Organic brand and was excited to see this Stinging Nettle Leaf Extract tincture. They have high quality wild harvested stinging nettle. All their tinctures are high quality and well packaged. I know it's labeled for urinary tract support but stinging nettle is useful for all kinds of things. Taste is herbal. I always put my tinctures in water and barely notice this one.

I’m not sure about the advertised “support” in the listing. It certainly doesn’t show that on the bottle. But it’s easy to take, the flavor is ignorable, and I find it helpful for the other reasons most people use stinging nettle for.
